LM Formateur Ltée is a non-profit training institute situated in La Gaulette village, southwest of Mauritius project that’s commit in the empowerment of youth through education support ​and training skills in rural area by providing them with all the resources they need to be the leaders of tomorrow.

 Our programs ensure that all of our youth succeed in all the different aspects of life - at home, in school, and in our community. This training project is aimed at young people who are having difficulty being hired because they left school halfway through for various reasons, this will help them to find a place to work and also to become responsible adults.

 

 

We’re committed to building a society where every young person can easily realize their potential and achieve their goals. We believe that providing youth with good training is essential to their overall development. 

Our program is to give professional training in bakery, pastry, and culinary to these youth who come from precarity.

We plan to train 10 participants 16-22 years old in rural areas in each department ( bakery, pastry, and culinary) every year, there will be a control at the end of the training session, followed by the certificate-awarded course.

Their trainer will monitor them throughout their internship in the hotel,restaurant,guesthouse,supermarket,bakery and pastry shop, until they get hired.

Every year our elders go on retirement, this project will solve the problem of unemployment among youth in the surrounding area.

 

Due to their financial position, these young people will not be charged for attending the training program.

It is more responsible to teach people how to work and to pay for their own possessions as opposed to continuously providing them with food and clothing.
