LM Formateur Ltée is a vibrant non-profit training institute located in the beautiful La Gaulette village, in the southwest of Mauritius! Our exciting mission is to empower youth through educational support and skill training in rural, equipping them with the resources they need to become leaders of tomorrow. Our dynamic programs are crafted to ensure that young thrive in every aspect of life—at home, in school, and in the community. We on helping those who have faced challenges in finding employment due to leaving school early, guiding them towards job opportunities and helping them grow into responsible adults. We’re passionate about a society where every young individual can unleash their potential and achieve their dreams because we know that quality training is key to development. We’re thrilled to announce that our training school is now open We offer professional training in bakery, pastry, and culinary arts to young people in need. Each year, we will train enthusiastic participants in these exciting fields, complete with assessments and to celebrate their achievements. Our dedicated trainers will be with them every step of the way during their internships in hotels, restaurants, guesthouses, supermarkets, bakeries, and pastry shops until they land their dream jobs! As our elders retire, this initiative tackles youth unemployment in the area head. Plus, we’re to offer this training program free of charge to ensure that every young person has the chance to learn, grow, and succeed in life!

We organized a pastry training workshop for some youth in our region.
This workshop was about mobilizing young people in our project for their future.
We were delighted to see their passion and enthusiasm for this job.
This training project is aimed at young people who are getting difficulty being hired because they left school halfway through for various reasons, this will help them to find a place to work and also to become responsible adults.
